Package Include:
30 minute phone conversation in which I will ask about your little one's sleep background to gain an understanding of what is happening.
I will listen to your specific concern/question/issue.
We will do a routine check and adjust awake times and naps if needed.
I will provide you with appropriate strategies for all your concern/s.
 
This package does not include any written plan or follow up support.
